Our mission

Every young person deserves stability, guidance, and a chance to grow

Our mission is to provide boys ages 6–17 with structured support, practical skills, positive relationships, and access to resources that help them grow into confident and capable young men. We are building a program grounded in safety, respect, and steady encouragement — not labels or limits.

Who we serve

Support built around each young person

Fresh Start plans to serve boys ages 6–17 throughout the Inland Empire who need stability, positive role models, and individualized developmental support. Some may be navigating school challenges, family transitions, or simply a season where extra structure and encouragement make all the difference.

Whatever brought a young person here, our focus is the same: meet him where he is, build on his strengths, and help him take the next step forward.

  • Families and caregivers seeking guidance and support
  • Schools, social workers, and youth-service partners making referrals
  • Community organizations invested in stronger outcomes for youth

What we focus on

Four pillars of developmental support

Our planned programs are being designed around the skills and relationships that help young people thrive.

Safe & Supportive Environments

Stable, structured spaces where boys are treated with respect and know what to expect each day.

Life & Independent-Living Skills

Everyday abilities — from routines to responsibility — that build real independence over time.

Educational & Vocational Connections

Connections to tutoring, academic planning, and pathways that support consistent progress.

Social & Emotional Development

Guidance that strengthens confidence, communication, and healthy relationships.

Why developmental support matters

Small, steady support changes the story

Young people grow best when the adults around them are consistent, patient, and genuinely in their corner. The right structure at the right time can turn a difficult season into a turning point.

Fresh Start is being built on a simple belief: with safety, encouragement, and practical skills, every boy has the capacity to move toward a confident, capable, and more independent future.

Our planned approach

Individualized, strength-based, and consistent

Every young person we plan to serve will have support shaped around his own needs, strengths, and goals.

Meet each young person where he is

Support begins with understanding — his strengths, his goals, and what stability looks like for him.

Build routines and real skills

Consistent expectations and practical, age-appropriate skills that build confidence step by step.

Connect families and community

Coordinated communication and referrals to trusted educational, health, and community resources.
